  1. Be Useful and Live a Meaningful Life

A higher purpose will uplift each person, reminding you that you are unique in this world.

  1. Unhappiness Is Self-Created

Unhappiness stems from our own thoughts and the belief that we are the center of the universe.

We become unhappy when we only think of ourselves, at which point greed and fear dominate our minds. We prioritize personal ambitions and self-interest, allowing them to control our thoughts, actions, and words.

Only when we think of others can we break free from unhappiness. At this point, your every action, gesture, and word comes from a place of love, care, and sharing.

  1. Use Your Intelligence for the Heart's Noble Purposes

Your intellect (or brain) is a tool, and it is always ready to seize control of your life. Use your intelligence for the noble purposes of the heart—towards loving others (not for competing over personal gain).

  1. Education Helps Us Understand and Unite

For love to reach others, we need the knowledge that education provides.

Note: No matter where you're from or how you define happiness, the search for and experience of happiness is a fundamental aspect of human nature.
